DNS filtering does not read private messages or inspect every item inside an allowed app. VPNs and alternative DNS can bypass filtering.
Router setup protects home Wi-Fi. Away-from-home coverage requires installing protection on each included device. Fitra Guard does not read private messages or track someone’s location.

Creating an account does not start your trial. Your full seven days begin after protection is verified. At the end, protection pauses unless you choose to subscribe—there is no automatic charge just for trying it.
Before you start
Do I need a new router?
Not necessarily. You need a compatible router with configurable DNS and permission to change its settings. Some ISP-managed or mesh routers may need support. Check the setup guide or ask us before starting.
When do I pay?
The trial requires no card. After seven verified trial days, choose whether to subscribe. Protection pauses if you do not subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
What does this offer include?
The monthly plan includes one main home router and 3 device profiles. Additional device profiles cost R29/month each. Any add-ons are shown separately before billing.
