Delete your Fitra Guard account
You can permanently delete your login and identifiable household data from the app or website. If you cannot sign in, you can send a deletion request to our support team from the email address linked to your account.
Delete from your account
- 1Sign in, open Settings, then choose Delete Account & Personal Data.
- 2Follow the four confirmation steps. The service verifies paid-plan cancellation and protected-network cleanup before deletion proceeds.
- 3When deletion completes, you are signed out and the deleted account cannot be restored.
Cannot sign in?
Email us from the address used for your Fitra Guard account. We will verify account ownership before acting on the request. Never send a password, verification code, router password, DNS address, or payment-card information.

Your login identity and identifiable household data, including profiles, filter policies, activity logs, routines, and configurations, are permanently removed after verified cleanup.
Important before deletion
Revert your router and device DNS settings to your provider defaults first. If an active paid plan is linked, cancel it through Billing & Subscription before deleting the account.
Delete profile data without deleting your account
You can delete an eligible individual-device protection profile and its associated configuration while keeping your Fitra Guard account. This is different from deleting your entire account.
- On the affected device, remove its Fitra Guard DNS configuration or restore its previous network settings first, so deleting the profile does not interrupt connectivity.
- Sign in, open Dashboard, select the device profile, then open that profile's Settings tab.
- Choose Delete This Profile (or Delete Profile) and confirm. This cannot be undone.
The Home Router/default profile cannot be deleted through this option. If the option is unavailable, you cannot sign in, or you want other data reviewed for deletion while keeping your account, email support using the link below. Specify the profile name and the data concerned, and say that you want to keep your account. We verify ownership before acting; never send passwords, verification codes, DNS addresses or payment-card details.
Removed when profile deletion succeeds: the selected profile, its associated device records, custom rules and routines. The deletion process also removes the linked filtering-provider device and profile resources.
Kept: your login, household account, other profiles and their settings, and existing billing records. Deleting a profile is not cancellation of an existing paid subscription or paid extra-profile slot.
Historical records: profile deletion does not immediately clear all daily statistics, routine execution history, or operational records. Daily statistics older than 30 days are scheduled for removal by a weekly cleanup; records may remain beyond 30 days until a successful cleanup. Routine execution records with a configured expiry are removed by a separate cleanup process; deleting a profile does not run that cleanup. Other operational records may remain after profile deletion; contact support about a specific data-deletion request.
We respond to privacy requests within 30 days. This is a response timeframe, not a promise that all retained records will be deleted within 30 days.
Limited records that may remain
De-identified security, operational, coupon-accounting, and deletion-receipt records may be retained. Payment and infrastructure providers may retain records required for legal, fraud-prevention, and security obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details. Deleting one profile does not remove these records or the remaining account. Provider-held records follow the applicable provider retention requirements and are not automatically erased by deleting a profile.
If your request cannot complete, information needed to retry or resolve it may remain. Contact support@fitraguard.com to ask what remains, why it is retained and the applicable retention period.
